别人的缺点、短处，看到世事的不平也就将精力投在其中。当然还会试图用了很多心思企图去改变别人、改变外部，结果反倒忽视了改变自身，当然，慵懒往往就是一个最为可怕的借口。说到这里，我老记得一些对我而言是最可笑但对许多人认为合情合理的台词，有许多关于“改变”的台词，很多男主角（也有女主角）都会说些经过多少努力多少年一直在为对方而改变等等的话，而也有些人总会问对方愿不愿意为他（她）自己而改变，在这种暗示下对方当然自会连连答应了。这样“一来一往”的逻辑一下子就成立了，由于非常默契地成立了，人就陷入一种莫名的感动中，可是，不是所有的感动都是于己于他人有益的，因为感动永远是瞬间的，瞬间的仅仅只能改变自己的情绪而已，并不能改变往更深的层面前进，所以人人往往在感动中滞后了，人需要感动，因为人的血是热的，不管善于表现还是不善于表现，但最终都会反映在自己的行为上。感动，永远是真的，能导致感动的事和人也没有必要究其真假，最重要的是应该懂得把握住种种感动让自己进步和他人进步才是最重要的。太容易受感动的人也容易失去一种对人的判别力，判别力决不是一种戒心，在我眼里，认识他人才能更好地认识自己，清秋说周围的人是自己的镜子，这一点没有错，永远都是如此。互相了解，互相了解才能互相帮助，才能共同把路行得更远更长久。所以改变只能说是为自己所改变，不管出发点在哪里，受益人永远只能是自己而已！而一说到改变，自然会提及“回报”，其实人的所有改变都有回报，只是人往往不知道而已。“如果你改变不了这个世界，那就改变你自己”，忘记了是谁曾说过的，实际上，人唯一能改变的是自己，通过自己的改变来认识感知世界的变化，所以说，我们其实就是在不停地改变着这个世界。那么到底要如何去改变？这句让人痛苦却又真实的话，并不能说明指明人要如何去改变自己，改变自己也就只有自己知道了，自己的进步也就只有自己清楚了。何为改变自己？因为说不清道不明，所以只能说因人而异或什么见仁见智的模糊不负责的话了。放弃了自己，放弃自己可能仅仅是为了忘记自己，要因放弃而改变，谁都知道要忘记自己是不可能的，因为我们一直有着自己的思想，一直活生生地在这里。“放弃”势必会对应着“重拾”，所以放弃是另一种得到，只不过是一个过程。否认自己和扭曲自己，更多人否认和扭曲自己往往就是为了肯定自己的过去而已，其实肯定自己的过去实质只能是在不断扭曲着自己，否认自己最终目的还是要能改变自己，因为人不可能活在过去和一直活在现在，还要记住将来，过去和现在依然还活着就是在为了将来而活着。每次想着“改变”问题后，我总会自然而然想起“忏悔”这一词。“忏悔”来自心识永远是不够的，真正做到“悔”字实际上还要将改变结合起来，要从行为上的配合才能谈得上真正的“悔”，所以说要引导人很容易，但要真正改变他人很难，因为完完全全要来自自己的“坚持”，关于“坚持”，我觉得误解的描述特别耐人寻味，“我现在似乎不需要强调什么斗志，更重要的应该是坚持吧。坚持本身就是小小的胜利，斗志可以使这种坚持变得精彩些”，每次嚼她的这一句时都觉得很有收获。所以有时候我总在怀疑中国翻译《圣经》所出现“忏悔”的字眼，难道上帝和神仅仅只需要人类意识到罪恶而不去消灭罪恶吗？因为我不是教徒，所以一直非常困惑《圣经》中的“忏悔”字眼。应该说人就象上帝一样，要口头宽恕谅解一个人其实非常容易，也就是因为原谅人太容易了，所以人才会老是犯重复的错误，于是在我眼里真正的原谅不是如此，我一直怀疑这是真正意义的“原谅”。真正的原谅是什么？还在于一种责任问题，一定要让对方意识到是错误行为，要吃点苦头才会去承担责任，能帮助对方增强承担能力的人才是一种真正意义上的原谅。
