尊敬的评委老师、现场的同行们：
大家好!我是来自_校的7号参赛选手——，同事们都爱亲切地唤我一声“燕子”，虽然我没有古时齐国大夫——晏子，面对楚王时的聪慧机智、勇敢镇定，但是我却有跟他一样瘦弱精悍的身材;虽然我性格内向、不善表白，但是此刻我还是勇敢地踏上了这神圣的演讲台，为的就是跟大家道上一句心灵的呐喊，那就是：爱可以改变一切!
“岁月如歌”这个词真是不错，就在岁月不经意地一唱一和中，我已从教12个春秋了。学生们来了又走，走了又来，不经意间，我已先后做了五个班级的班主任了。孩子们给了我很多东西，他们让我笑过，让我哭过，也让我感动过。在孩子们的成长中，我也逐渐成熟起来。我感谢他们，是他们让我在过去那么单调的生活中，感到了快乐和满足;是他们让我有了成就感。在这些孩子当中，只有07届毕业班的40个男孩们，他们带给我的不仅仅是这些，他们带给我的还有感动、伤心和震撼。他是最与众不同的，他就是李嘉良。
李嘉良是个让人一见就非常难忘的小家伙：中等个头，小脸白白的，小单眼皮里装的是满眼的倔强与叛逆。四年级时，刚开学班级里就转来了他这样一个问题人物，每天闯祸最多，而且无论你怎样说服他，他也不会说一句“我错了”。他对待任何一个老师的态度都是高昂起脖，用不信任的眼光看你，对我也是一样。他的这种态度真的把我气的不得了，有时我想：这哪里是个孩子?分明是块顽石。每当科任老师对我说李嘉良太难管的时候，我只能苦笑，因为我对他真的是软硬皆施了，真的是无能为力了。就在我不知所措时，我惊异地发现了他的闪光点：他很聪明，写字工整;也很爱劳动，爱打抱不平。从此，我每天都用爱的目光去迎视他的漠然。渐渐的，他的漠然淡了，也许他感受到了老师不嫌弃他，有时也很喜欢他，甚至对他比对别人还好。直到有一天，他又犯错了，我轻轻地摸着他的头对他说;“嘉良，你又犯错了，老师知道你不是故意的，只是有时管不住自己，是吗?只要你能知错就改，老师是不会嫌弃你的。”此时，他不说话，把头低下了，眼角也湿润了，但是他的倔强，使他努力不让眼泪流出来。
过了好一会儿，他轻轻地说：“老师，我错了!”就在这个时刻，我的眼泪却流了出来。一年多了，我终于等到了这句话，是多么的不容易呀!从此以后，他能够认错了，虽然经常是改了犯，犯了还改，但是我很知足，因为他终于可以诚恳地听我的劝告了。我相信我所给他的每一份叮咛，每一份鼓励都将使他向正确的人生路上靠近。
我想，在座的老师们都与我感同身受吧!爱每一个学生，用心来打动他们，在他们身上注入我点点滴滴的师爱：帮没爹没妈的孩子学会生活;帮调皮小子克服学习困难;帮自卑的小丫头树立信心;帮羞涩的小男孩敞开心怀……
三尺讲台，舞台虽小，但我手捧师爱，憧憬明天;一间教室，视野虽短，但我热爱学生，无悔青春。12载苗圃耕作，让我顿悟：
拥有，我承担着责任;奉献，我体验着喜悦;创造，我感悟着生命;育人，我享受着幸福!

各位领导、老师们，大家好。站在这里和大家谈最美教师这个问题，我很惭愧。在座的各位教师中比我出色的老师有很多，我在电视节目中听到了最美教师的感人事迹，我觉得我和她相比更是相差甚远，我没有先进的事迹可以讲给大家听。我想说的是——平凡中也有美。
近二十年的教师生涯中，我每天都在自己平凡的岗位上做着平凡的事，却也有着平凡的美。
1、认真负的责工作态度得到了回报，唱响自己心中的美乐。工作中，我本着对学生负责，对家长负责，对自己负责的工作态度，认真的对待工作中的每件事。教学中认真对待每一个环节。因此，我的教学成绩总能走在同年级的前列，自己也因此得到了学生家长以及学校的认可。连续四学期被评为出色，看到自己努力的结果，我会有种享受的美感。
2、用公正的态度和真诚的爱心对待每位学生，自己的品行得到了家长和学生的肯定，这更加鼓舞了我内心暗藏的那份拼劲。
每接一个班我首先要告诉学生，我从不偏向哪位成绩出色的学生，也不会嫌弃哪位成绩差的学生，在老师的眼里你们都是一样的。因此，犯了错误的同学老师一定会批评，表现好的同学老师也一定会给予表扬。我是这样说的，亦是这样做的。其实，更多时候我的心还是向着那些各项弱的孩子，因为这些孩子常常会被人忽略。他们常常自卑，更需要关心和鼓励的，作为一名教师，我不愿看到我的任何一个学生掉队。
我曾经带过一个女孩，家中母亲患有间歇性精神病，父亲是实实在在的农民，家中经济状况非常不好，大人孩子常常被人们嘲笑，因此，我会对这个孩子给予更多的照顾和关心。常常帮助她和她的家长解决一些困难。也许我当时做的这些小事真的打动了她，十多年后再次遇到那个孩子，我已经认不出她的模样，但她一眼认出我，并感谢我当年对她的好，我心中不由泛起涟漪，原因很简单，我的小小的付出能温暖一个孩子的心，我很感动，也为自己骄傲。我骄傲自己是一名普通的教师，因为在孩子性格与品质塑性的关键六年中，我可以去帮助他们，我可以去给他们一些好的影响。
3、用最简单的方式赢得学生的喜爱，为自己增添一份朴实的美感。
课下我总是喜欢和孩子们聊聊天，拉进师生间的距离，时间久了，名孩子们和我交流时就不会感到那么有压力。在我面前，他们会很轻松，会和我吐露他们的心事、。而我要做的就是帮助他们解决一些困难，开导他们打开自己的心结。上课时候有时我会严肃的批评他们，他们会很听话的按照我说的做。但是他们不是因为害怕我这个老师，批评指责过后，我在他们脸上看到的是很纯很真的笑容，也许，这就是我平时和他们亲密无间的相处得到的回报，我很开心，有一个学生和老师相处融洽而且快乐的课堂氛围，应该是每位老师都想要的，我可以骄傲的说，我做到了。
作为老师的我，有太多的不足，但我坚信，只要我努力做，有毅力，就一定能做好。伴随着努力和信念，我一定会让我自己心中这团代表爱的火焰越烧越旺。我的平凡之中，必定会积淀出一份不平凡的美。

大家好!
“幸福就是一种感觉，敞开心灵去感受，幸福无处不在。”与学生朝夕相伴的日子，我每天都在享受着：感恩的幸福，当着世界上最小的主任，看着孩子们一天天的成长，我的心里有着说不出的感觉，即便喜、怒、哀、乐觉得甘之如饴。
记得是两星期前的一个下午，我们班连续上了两节自习课，孩子们个个面部表情烦躁，感觉无聊。为了调节学生的情绪，我决定给学生讲一个自己曾经读过的感人故事。当我站在讲台上，宣布这一消息时，他们脸上露出了笑容，立刻精神振奋了。甚至有的学生高呼：好老师，就你理解我们的心。
孩子们把目光投向了我，我们一起进入了故事的情境。一个天生失语的小女孩，在风雨交加的晚上，去迎接忙碌一天的母亲回家，但悲剧发生了，孩子的母亲倒在了风雨中，母亲没有闭上眼睛，手中还仅仅攥着她最爱吃的粘糕，她就用自己的手语一遍遍的告诉自己的母亲，我会好好活着……我哽咽了。
沉默之后，我问道：“我们感受了什么?”一个孩子站起来回答：“这是人间最真最美的爱，我们每个人都要懂得的真情。”听到这质朴的答案，我被震撼了。接下来，我说：“或许爸爸妈妈会告诉你，他们不需要你的回报，只要你好好学习，好好成长，那么你们能知道爸爸妈妈真正的心思是什么吗?”
“我知道，他们的心思就是想让我们成绩好，将来考个好大学。”
“我也知道，爸爸妈妈只会给与我们，为我们默默的奉献自己，他们希望我们有美好的前程。”
听到他们真诚的话语，我被他们的懂事和细腻的情感所感动。这时，我班一个调皮的孩子站起来用低沉的嗓音说：“我爸妈每天起早贪黑，从不埋怨生活的劳累，为了我能接受良好的教育，他们费尽周折把我转来，可是我不是骂人，就是打架。”片刻的停顿，我们发现他有些惭愧的表情，手指不停的挠挠头，他让我充满了期待。终于开口了，“我保证：今后我要让父母放心，做个听话的好学生。老师，同学们，请监督我吧!”我们全体一起为他鼓掌。看着他们那坚毅与鼓舞的样子，我忽然觉得心里酸酸的，一股热的东西从我眼里流下，……我感觉他们就在那一刻长大了，懂事了，我说：“我们要用最有力的行动来回报我们的父母，我们要展现我们最完美的一面给老师，我相信你们有能力做到最好，让我们相互支持，相互鼓励，创出我们坚不可摧的出色班集体。”
这是一堂普通的自习课，我看不到学生无聊的表情，再也听不到无奈的叹息，只会看到同学们快乐认真的学习，正如他们心语：老师，我们懂得感恩，我们懂得回报。
最后，我想用一首小诗来表达我的感受：有一种态度叫享受，有一种感觉叫幸福。享受着教育幸福，你就多了一双发现的眼睛;享受着教育幸福，你就多了一份快乐的心情;享受着教育幸福;你就多了一股创造的激情，享受着教育幸福;你就多了一种生活的诗意，你能从平凡中品味出伟大，从失败中咀嚼出失败的成就，你会惊奇的发现，幸福从此熙熙攘攘。

我常常在思考，我能给学生什么样的爱?爱某个学生还是爱某些学生?爱听话的学生还是爱成绩好的学生?不——这样的爱是偏爱!基于责任，我的爱不应是偏爱，而应是博爱!世界上没有两片完全相同的树叶，可每一片树叶都有属于自己的美;世界上没有两个完全相同的学生，可每一个学生都有属于自己的魅力!在赵胜东的身上，我看到了刚强;在王然的身上，我看到了包容;在李彤的身上，我看到了管理;在金鑫的身上，我看到了乐观;在王强的身上，我看到了积极进取……带着博爱的眼神去看待每一个学生，心情由此变得快乐，教学由此变得灵动，收获由此变得丰盛。
我常常在思考，我该给学生什么样的爱?纵容的爱，无奈的爱?不——这样的爱是溺爱!基于责任，我的爱不应是溺爱，而应是“制”爱!这里的“制”，是“克制”的“制”，只有克制的爱才是理性的爱，只有克制的爱才能让学生拥有高尚的情操、正确的价值观!王强是个个性很强的孩子，他聪明，有强烈的自尊心和荣誉感，不允许别人说他。近年来，班里许多学生都不愿意和他在一起玩耍，他张嘴就骂，伸手就打，批评教育后，他竟然振振有辞。我静下心来，耐心地说服同学们，将心比心，体谅王强的孤独;同时我又耐心地和王强谈心，就事论事，肯定他的优点，指出它的缺点。在班级中，发现他有一点优点及时表扬，帮助他在班级树立威信;发现他做错了事，及时批评，并帮助他寻找正确地做法，不断教给他如何交朋友，怎样和同学相处得更融洽。经过多次的这样痛苦的教育，他悔恨交织，现在同学们不再讨厌他了，他打架骂人的次数也逐渐在减少了。我庆幸，克制的、理性的爱战胜了纵容的、无奈的爱。正是出于责任，我时刻克制着自己对学生汹涌澎湃的爱!
我常常在思考，我必须给学生什么样的爱?面对孩子们的错误，我不隐藏，不忽视，在保护学生自尊心的情况下，正面引导，批评他错误之所在，那是严肃的爱;面对孩子们的欢声笑语时，我和他们同歌同舞，同欢乐。多年来，我深深地体会到：老师是吃良心饭的。基于那份责任，我的爱如阳光般照耀学生的前程;我的爱如炉火般温暖学生的心灵;我的爱如炽光灯般点亮学生的理想!平等、交流;微笑、赞美;分享、欣赏……这一切才是教育的真谛，才是爱的体现。

大家好，很荣幸今天能坐在这里跟大家一起学习，并且感谢学校老师跟各位家长给我这次机会，分享我有关教育孩子的一点点心得，还希望大家一起来共同探讨。
我的小孩是我一手带大的，曾经很委屈老人们都没有机会帮我带小孩，后来变的感恩了哦，因为如果跟老人在一起的话，我的这些教育观点或者很难实行，关于教育小孩我有自己的几个大的纲要或者说是原则。
首先第一，我们不可能要求孩子是完美的。我很深刻的明白一个道理，人无完人，金无足赤，水至清则无鱼，人至察则无友，都是在告诉我们这个世间是没有完美的道理，我们所能做的只是趋向完美。完美，是我们前进的目标，但不是我们最终到达的目的。完美，只能作为指引我们的方向，而已。所以，在此前提下，我们必须允许我们的小孩是可以有缺点的。当然，前提必须是在我们的原则之内，原则是什么呢?我最常给孩子看的动画片是二十四孝、聪明的一休，最常讲的故事多数是传统美德跟名人传记。传统式的教育不是封建教育，以传统观念为基础辅以现代式的科学理念，也或者说是传统跟现代的有机结合吧。只要孩子是善良的，他可以调皮但是得有礼貌，可以贪玩但是必须有时间观念，培养孩子健康的心理素质远远比优异的学习成绩更为重要。
第二点，孩子不是我们家长希望的寄托所在。我小时候，我的妈妈跟我说的最多的一句话就是“好好上学啊，妈妈没有机会上大学，你就是妈妈的希望”。等我长大到足够可以感受到，她的这句话带给我的压力有多大的时候，那是我第一次的叛逆。我有逃学的冲动，结果肯定要被妈妈打啊，在没有足够的沟通的前提下，那次挨打让我更加厌学，厌学的原因不是因为不喜欢老师同学或者学习的环境，而是我不明白为什么你的愿望要我去实现呢?!所以当我做了妈妈以后，我最热衷的就是跟孩子沟通，知道他喜欢什么，他需要什么。他不是我，他应该他有他自己别样的人生，他跟我走的路不同，当然他看到的风景肯定跟我也不一样，或者他看到的会更美呢，即便是没有我们的风景的美好，那也是他自己的选择，他的理想实现了，此生就不会有遗憾。谁不希望自己的人生无憾?!我们干嘛要把自己的意愿强加于孩子呢?!也可以总结一句为“己所不欲勿施于人。”
第三点，你给予孩子的越多，他得到的将会越少，我们应该学会向孩子示弱。一岁的时候，我们教他走路说话，两岁的孩子就应该自己会吃饭了，三岁的孩子就应该能自己_服……在他应该可以做到的年龄，我们就放开手让他去做他力所能及的事情。我经常跟孩子做一个游戏，就是每星期的一天让他做家长，我做宝宝。(如果跟老人在一起住的话，肯定要被他们骂的)。他会很得意的让我喊他爸爸，我也觉得有点过分啊，我就喊他领导或者家长，他喊我宝贝或者小乖，这个臭小孩很会占小便宜的，姑且就降低辈分，可以跟他撒娇哦，让他帮我洗袜子、洗抹布、扔垃圾、收拾饭桌……所有他能做到的我都让他去做，我们平常总是伺候他，有这样的一天让这个小东西给咱也端茶倒水，抹桌子扫地的也不错哦。后来我发现，我的小孩比一般的同龄孩子要独立很多。独立性对于孩子以后学习很重要哦，他自己写完作业会检查，如果被我检查到错误的话，他有两个选择一是我不给签字，二是把错题写三遍，生字组词错了的话要写十遍。
第四点，不要暗示孩子你很笨，不要拿别人的优点比孩子的缺点。我们应该以鼓励式教育为主，告诉孩子你很棒，你一定能行，不要总是跟孩子说“你看谁谁谁学习多好，谁谁是三好学生。”这样伤及自尊的话比打屁股要残忍的多。孩子生下来都是一样的，不同环境造就了不同的性格，不同性格决定了不同的人生，我们不可能把所有的孩子都教成孔子孟子、爱迪生、刘德华。每一个孩子都是这个是世界上的，是大海就能容纳百川，是小溪就会抚摸山涧，是水滴也能把石头滴穿。
还有一点同样至关重要的就是，我们必须跟老师密切配合，及时的跟老师沟通，了解孩子在学校里的情况，也让老师知道孩子在家里的情况，我们比孩子成熟，不管他有什么小鬼点子，也逃不过我们成年人的“法眼”吧。
最后，每个孩子的成长环境都有所不同的，我们家长是孩子的第一任老师，言传不如身教，我们自己做好了就是孩子的榜样。
