The focus of this course is on the management of work units charged with technical renewal or new applications of technology. Issues will range from managing project groups in traditional pyramid organizations, as well as in the newer matrix organizations, to managing the transfer of technology on an international basis. 你要学企业管理,那么最直接的专业就是工商管理专业了,你要是想问问现在现在可以再哪些方面做一些准备,那么可以告诉你,其实也不需要什么特殊的准备,涉及管理专业的东西,到了大学都会有专门的课程,你现在也就是能看看课外读物,比如经典的管理学书籍什么的,比如彼得,德鲁克的书之类的,但是没有必要看太深的,先浅显的涉猎一下就可以了,对管理学培养起一种感觉来。也可以看看经济学的书,先培养一下感觉,经济学书,比如格里高利 曼昆的经济学原理,分微观和宏观的。

相比课外读物,其实你现在高中的基础课程更重要,尤其是数学、语文、和英语,这三门一定要学精,越精越好。所以还是更专心于本职课程更好,当然其他课程也不能偏废,你如果要学管理学,那么如果想学出名堂,在中国现在的情况,你必须考进第一流的大学,比如北大光华管理,上海交大安泰管理学院这个等级的才行,如果是一般的院校,我可以断言他们的管理专业纯粹和骗钱的没什么区别,你会发现四年学下来没有学到什么真东西,毕竟管理学是一门很深的课程,更重实践,不是一门纯理论的,一般的院校根本没有教授管理学的能力。

另外,还有一点建议,说实话现在已经有人提出,管理学不应该是本科学生可以学习的课程,而应该提升到研究生阶段再开设,即便是北大,交大等一流的管理学院在教授本科生管理学的时候,也发现比较难于深入授课。你如果考上了管理学院,那么大一大二是不涉及管理专业课程的,大三可能会分专业,你可以自行选择和管理相关的分专业,比如市场营销,人力资源管理,项目管理,会计学等等。那么既然如此,我其实建议你,可以考虑以后报考专业的时候,考一些偏向管理学的专业,而不要直接选择工商管理学,比如国际贸易,事实上交大的,国际贸易专业和工商管理专业都是安泰管理学院的专业,他们大一,大二的课程基本是一样的,而国际贸易专业更加“专”“深”一点,不像工商管理学的那么宽泛。

该说的都说完了,你现在还是最重要的保证首先能考上好大学,如果你连好大学都进不了,在管理学上就丧失先机了,要学出名堂就更加难上加难了。
