大家好！今天我讲话的主题是：学习,从每天的清晨开始。
当朝霞映红了天边，当小鸟叫醒了人们的睡梦，我们知道新的一天开始了。一生最好是少年，一年最好是春天，一天最好是清晨。
俗话说“一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨”，早上是人记忆力最好的时刻，是我们学习的黄金时段，古往今来，学校都非常重视早读课，家庭教育也是如此。
但是在学校的早读课，老师还未到教室的时候：有的同学不愿开口读,有的同学开口却不放声朗读,有的同学还在聊天开小差,很难听到一片朗朗的读书声。或许有的同学认为早读反正不是正课，短短十几分钟，不认真又有什么关系呢？其实这想法是不明智的。尽管这时间看似短暂，但是你想过吗：假如早读时间为15分钟，那么10个15分钟就是150分钟，100个15分钟，就是1500分钟！相当于24个小时呀！
“读书百遍,其义自见”,“熟读唐诗三百首,不会做诗也会吟”,可见读书是多么的重要！如果你养成每天清晨认真读书的好习惯，一定会给你的学习带来做到事半功倍的效果。

每当我拿起书本时，我的目光就被书吸引住了。在作者笔下一个温柔。跳跃的文字，我被熏陶在其中，如饥似渴的阅读。
俗话说：“人是铁，饭是钢。”人不吃饭就没力气了，可是，人如果不读书的话就会庸俗无能。吃饭长大是身体的物质需求，读书长大是精神上的成长，心灵的成长。粮食是哺育身体的，书槽是哺育心灵的。所以，我们要读好书，要让自己有价值。
书，是使我们人类文明的“长生果”，让我们在读书生活中受到教育，从而变得更文明。更健康。当你认真去读书时，就会发现一本好书就像是一位朋友，也是一个老师。让我们漫游在历史长河，翱翔在知识的空间。
后来，我完全沐浴在知识的海洋，时而沉思，时而幻想，我关心童话和小说中人物的命运，时而快乐，时而忧伤。
书本是我们精神上的午餐。而生活也是一本书，让我们走向成熟。写作要有真情实感，就要靠生活这本书中去体验生活，感受生活。书写生活。
狼，虽然不是高级动物，但它是优秀的物种之一。他之所以能屹立在世界的大家庭中，是因为它具有许多被国人漠视的优良品行和精神。在我的印象之中只要一谈起狼，老人们都是苦口婆心，不厌其烦的告诉我们狼是何等的忘恩负义，大多数据典就是讽刺或鞭挞狼的什么“狼子野心”“狼狈为奸”“豺狼当道”“狼心狗肺”“如狼似虎”“引狼入室”等等。但狼真的是我们想想的那样冷漠无情，狼心狗肺吗？
在我这里的答案是“否”！
国人视狼为一种凶狠、贪婪、阴险、狡诈、嗜血成性的危险动物。究其原因，可能因为国人无法降服和驾驭它，于是仇恨它、贬损它、否定它，渐渐忘记了狼也有值得赞扬的一面。几千年以来，人类不知想出多少想法，使用多少武器，花费多少心机，最终也没能使狼类俯首帖耳、甘受驱役。世界各地的马戏团，技术高超的驯兽师可以驯服马、羊、狗表演，可以与狮、虎、熊、豹同台，但没有一家驯服了狼。
《狼图腾》向我们展示了曾经美丽的蒙古大草原和草原人、草原狼艰难、丰富而又让我们觉得新奇的生活。作者十几年的知青生活，使得这些关于狼的故事真实动人，狼有很多精神值得我们人类世代学习，希望大家在听完我今天的演讲“为狼找回清白”之后，对狼有新的认识，重新品味一下狼身上的闪光点。
狼有很多优秀的品行与精神：（1）宁死不屈、视死如归、勇往直前（2）团队精神和强烈的家族使命感（3）巧用天时地利、把握最佳时机攻其不易（4）超强的细致与耐心、不达目的誓不罢休（5）重情重义、知恩图报（6）追求自由、敢于挑战等等。
1.重情重义、知恩图报；
狼群虽然为草原牧民带来了许多损失，但是它们非到迫不得已不会冒那么大的风险去袭击家畜，每次偷袭受伤归来时它们都会自相舔伤口，互相安慰对方。狼对控制草原生态平衡功不可没，它们很崇拜天，所以从不会为了一己私欲去过多的掠去猎物，更不会打小的猎物。对于上天恩赐的猎物，即使它们万般饥饿，在享用猎物之前它们也会用自己独特的方式“围猎物跑圈”来感谢上天对它们的恩赐。
狼眼虽可怕，对待养育自己的人类，它们仍会懂得感恩。四川省就有一个真实的故事“中国第一狼女”李薇漪，曾经就养过一直真正的草原狼，当她生病时狼儿子不仅日夜守候在她的窗前而且最后把自己视若生命的过冬食物--兔子叼过来送给她。最终由于各种原因她不得不将狼放生于若尔盖大草原。当她再次回去看望自己的狼儿子“格林”的时候，完全回归狼群而充满狼性的格林在她面前乖得就像一个“宠物”。（《重返狼群》这本书的真实案例）
2.团队协作、及强烈的家族使命感；
我们只听过虎啸山林，却从未听说过虎啸草原，而体型并不庞大的狼却成为草原的霸主。究其原因虎擅长独立作战，而狼却及其擅长协同作战，没有狼群征服不了的困难。而一支狼群由狼王统一指挥，进则同进，退则同退，协同作战，无往不利。而且每只狼都具有超强的执行力，对于狼王给的任务绝对服从。比如围捕黄羊的时候，有狼去寻找大雪坑，有狼去骚扰，有狼去伏击，在总攻的时候也是井井有条，狂而不乱。更让人称绝的是，狼群即使在撤退的时候也井然有序，猛狼冲锋，狼王靠前，巨狼断后，完全没有鸟兽散的混乱。每次狼群杀很多的黄羊，不是为了好玩也不是为了抖威风，它们是为了给狼群里的老弱病残留食。
狼的家族中实行的一夫一妻制，公狼特别顾家，同样母狼也具有超强的母性特质，它们不仅可以照顾自己的孩子，而且又是也会抚养它们的敌人，人类的孩子，在世界范围内狼孩的列子已经有几十列。这足以见得狼的宽容与博爱。
但是，反观我们人类，亲生儿女残害自己父母的例子去屡见不鲜，有的孩子为了区区的几百元，残忍的将自己的父母杀害，有时候我们人类真的应该好好反省一下，不能让动物反过来教育我们，那样真的会成为我们人类的悲哀！
3.宁死不屈、视死如归、勇往直前；
几千年来大自然的生存规律就是“弱肉强食，适者生存”草原狼能够生存下来靠的就是这股血性。狼与生俱来就具有血性和傲气，小说中当搬迁时小狼宁愿被勒死也不屈从。遇到危险逃生时，狼甚至可以咬断伤腿与不愿被人类捕获。
草原上的蒙古族一直被称为马背上的游牧名族，他们是世界上最虔诚信服狼图腾的民族，他们把狼作为民族的兽祖、战胜、楷模及保护神，他们以狼为师、以狼为神、以身饲狼。当然他们也是世界上最勇猛凶悍、刚毅智慧的民族，这样的精神当然也会造就凶猛、智慧、善战的蒙古骑兵。这个马背上的民族在成吉思汗的带领下，区区十几万的骑兵却横扫了欧亚大陆。而中国是儒家文化发展最好的地方，儒家文化倡导的是百姓以农为本，由于农业生产是最缺乏竞争性的所以以农为本的汉族国家屡屡在科技经济和人口都占巨大优势的情况下惨败在充满狼性的游牧名族手下，比如“逐鹿之战”南方蚩尤败于炎黄二帝，之后最先进入农耕的炎帝又于“阪泉之战”败于坚持游牧的皇帝；宋朝时期缺乏狼性的徽宗、钦宗和勇往直前的金太宗对战时，金人所到之处宋国几乎开城迎敌，好多城池不攻自破。
这种狼文化同样也造就了版图巨大的古罗马帝国和奥斯曼帝国，美国一直重视狼文化的教育，但是在中国狼文化却一直被人们鞭笞，大多数人身上充满“羊性”，所以战争期间我们备受，而无任何反抗精神。
如今各国之间竞争强烈国家的竞争，最根本还是民族性格竞争。如果我们中国的下一代都能具备狼一样的战斗性格，对自己人能像狼群那样团结友爱，像狼那样对于一点成功的希望都绝不放弃、勇往直前，像狼那样爱护大自然，难道中国梦的实现还会远吗？甚至就连中国的崛起也是指日可待。
所以狼并不是我们想的那样，希望大家能够重新去认知狼，接受狼文化，多看看狼身上的优良品行，还狼一个真正的清白！
我的父母在我很小的时候就让我和书交了朋友。他们经常想着法子给我找来各种各样的书，经常带我去街边的小书摊看那一分钱一本的连环画，那是个图画和拼音的世界，就是那个时候我认识了铁扇公主和猪八戒，就是那个时候我知道了青蛙王子和灰姑娘的故事，很小我就体会到了读书的乐趣。
慢慢地我长大了，告别了图画和拼音，我对书的渴求达到了如痴如醉的地步，我常常会陷入一个个美妙无比的故事情节当中，会为了白雪公主饱受皇后的折磨而伤心，会为了睡美人最终获得新生而快乐，会沉浸在曹雪芹笔下黛玉葬花的忧伤里，也会为了水浒传中英雄好汉的豪迈而大声叫好。我真切地感受着书中自有颜如玉，书中自有黄金屋的神奇与美妙。
历经苦难的高尔基说：“书籍使我变成了一个幸福的人。”我们又何尝不是呢?读书带给我们最隽永的乐趣，最恒久的动力;读书带给我们心灵的和平，精神的慰籍。朋友可能离去，书却是最忠诚的伙伴，时光不断流逝，阅读却让我们永葆青春!不仅如此，读书使我们逐步建立起和古今中外伟大作家之间的交流，依他们的指引，历史的大门为我们洞开，未来为我们展现理想的蓝图。
有人说：“读书足以怡情，足以拼博，足以长才”使人开茅塞，除鄙见，得新知，养性灵。因为书中有着广阔的世界，书中有着永世不朽的精神，虽然沧海桑田，物换星移，但书籍永远是新的。世纪老人冰心说过：“读书好，好读书，读好书。”这是一句至理名言。读一本好书，可以使心灵充实，使之明辨是非，使人有爱心和文明行为、礼仪规范;而读一本坏书，则使人心胸狭窄，使人不知羞耻，使人自私残暴。
有这样一个故事，俄国的罗蒙诺索夫小的时候，最希望得到一本书，他是渔民的儿子。白天，他跟父亲打鱼，晚上，躲在板棚里看书。
有一天，罗蒙诺索夫和父亲在海上打鱼，忽然，一阵狂风，大海掀起了巨浪，船上的帆篷被吹落了，情况十分紧急。他不顾一切，沿着摇晃的桅杆爬上去，很快把吹落的帆篷扎结实了，渔船恢复了平稳。狂风过去后，父亲把他拉到身边，笑眯眯地说：“孩子，我要奖赏你的勇敢，给你买件鹿皮上衣，好吗?”罗蒙诺索夫摇摇头。“那你要什么呢?”“我要买一本书，爸爸，其它我什么都不要。”“难道一件鹿皮上衣还比不上一本书?”“爸爸，我想要一本好书，什么知识都有的书。比方，天上的星星为什么会掉下来，为什么黑夜过去就是黎明……”，父亲和水手们听了，都惊奇得睁圆了眼睛。长大后，罗蒙诺索夫成了俄国著名的科学家、诗人、语言学家和历史学家。他的科学研究范围很广，涉及自然科学的许多领域。在科学研究的同时，他又进行文学创造和语言学、历史学研究，给后人留下了很多有价值的作品。
听了这一个故事，亲爱的同学们你一定会从中有所感悟、有所启迪吧。培根曾经说过：“读史使人明智，读诗使人灵秀，数学使人周密，逻辑修辞使人善辩，凡有所学，皆成性格”他的话正好和我国古训：开卷有益，腹有诗书气自华有异曲同工之妙。多年来的读书生活也使我坚信，是读书成就了我的气质和性格，是读书丰富和完善了我的内心世界，是读书培养了我坚韧坚强的品格，是读书开阔了我的人生视野，以至于我能够在受到残酷打击的时候还能够坚强面对。

每个人都有梦想，都有打算。我，一个处于少年期的青少年，也有打算，在我这个年季是，我的`打算，正如你所想的，那就是读书。
为什么要读书？而且是好好读书，用心读书才是青少年的责任呢？
瞧，你所在大街上目睹的一幕：几个花季少年放眼望去，衣衫不整，手戴钻戒，耳穿圆环，脚踩拖鞋，还有一头凌黄凌白的怪发和嘴里叼着的香烟。那是什么？是他们的形象吗？还是个性？在社会上他们又是什么？不错！这些本是在学校就读的青少年被称为“问题青少年”，在香港、澳门等地他们又被称之为“古惑仔”。他们烦躁读书，厌恶读书，常常与不三不四的人勾当在一起，往往在服装上标新立异，追求时尚潮流。可他们却不知道，他们自己极度伤透了父母们的心，更是荒废了自己的学业、前途。看到这种情节，我想试问他们前途何在？答案却是：尽在黑暗毁灭中。
再一看，你所在学校又看到的一幕：几个学生拿着书本，正研究与难题之中，一段时间思索过后，他们终于给研究出来了，便开怀大笑着，他们互相帮助、相互学习、努力克服重重困难，虽苦但也甜。他们的努力学习不正与他们的前途成正比吗？联想一下，在他们几十年后工作怎样？收入又怎么？我们就可以发现前者与后者不正是鲜明的对比、人生的写照吗？
以上两者一个是低级、庸俗的生活情趣，他们看不到生活的丰富多彩，也看不到生活的美好远景，只图暂时的感官快乐，对我们青少年的成长发展极其不利。另一种则是高雅的生活情趣，与前者恰恰相反，它有利于青少年心理健康和谐发展，对个人的发展还起促进作用，能使我们乐观、自信、活泼、开朗的健康心理，从而使我们更加热爱生活，也热爱读书。
“好好读书，认真读书，用心读书”应是青少年的责任，可由于各种各样的原因，一些人不愿读书，一些人想读却不能读书，但又有一些人可以读书，有条件读书。若你还不愿读书，不想读书，都请读书吧！正如“请乘读书之马，挥鞭从此起程；路上春色正好，天上太阳正晴。”读书不晚，若你愿读，前途则是一扇成功的大门，读书是钥匙，若你修成正果，请开起这扇大门，里面满是辉煌，正照在你的脸上。
由此可见，读书至关重要，那我们还有什么理由不选择读书呢？你们又有什么理由放弃读书呢？现在开始，从此踏上读书之旅吧！

读书如品茶一般，若是你细心去品味，你会品出书中无穷无尽的乐趣，发掘出其中的奥秘让你受益终身;但是，你若只是喝茶而不是品茶，不领会其中的道理，一目十行的看书那样也只会是枉然的。
莎士比亚曾说过：“书籍是全世界的营养品!”起初我是不以为然的。反倒可笑的说道：“书又不能当饭吃，何必白白浪费自己的大好时光呢?”但现在要我说，我会觉得当初的那句话是多么的愚昧，多么的幼稚呀!
在上小学时我的家里就有许多名著，也许是太深奥了，或者是没有时间和经历去阅读那些长篇大论吧，以至于那些书被我搁置一旁。直到那天，我和妈妈生气了，我生气地翻动着那些一直被我冷落的书籍。这时，我被一本书上的三个字吸引住了——《高老头》于是，我翻开了那本书，细细的品读起来。(一改我以往囫囵吞枣的性格)这时，我的心情也平静下来了，把刚才的不愉快都忘却了。然而也正是如此，我从此迷上了这本书。只要一有时间我就会拿出这本书来品读，让我融情于其中，跟着作者一起去批判当时社会的黑暗以及势利。
当我吃饭时，我的嘴里吃着饭一面还絮絮叨叨地嘀咕着凌乱的情节……然而，也正是到了这样疯狂的读书境界以至于我总把时间挤出来留给读书。就连我平日的最爱——羽毛球，我也没再动过了;在入睡之前它便成了我枕边的瑰宝了。直到我把这本厚厚的《高老头》读完，可我的心情却还被它牵绊着——我惋惜高老头那种爱女之心换来的却是，临死也未能见到自己那两个贪婪的女儿，让我明白当时的社会是多梦的惨淡，而那两个女儿就是最直接的见证……
读完了《高老头》后，我又读了不少书。每次都会钻进书堆里津津有味的品读。记得有一次，我看书看过了头，竟忘了妈妈出门前交代我要做的饭。等妈妈回来后发现我没有做饭，便罚我跪在地上，以至于后来那可怜的膝盖被弄得青一块紫一块的了。也许我这种人是天生属于‘好了伤疤就忘了疼’的那一类吧!死性难改的我有了上次的罚跪经历后依然视书为宝，一见到书就又会贪婪的吸允着我的精神食粮了。
每当我翻阅着一本又一本书籍时，我的心里总是洋溢着一种激情澎湃而又自豪的心情。因为在这时我会觉得自己又得到了一笔财富，让我觉得自己又多了一些内涵，少了几分稚气;多了一些稳重，少了几丝浮澡;多了一些阅历，少了一些肤浅。
同学们，读书吧!让我们在书的海洋里尽情玩耍!让我们在书韵墨香中快乐成长吧!
如果说书如广阔的大海一般深奥，我愿意做一条大海深处的鱼儿，去探索那无穷无尽的知识;如果说书如湛蓝的天空一般无际，我愿意做一只稚嫩的鸟儿，永远在那知识的天空中翱翔!
尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：大家下午好！
这个暑假我主要读了任民、李迎春著的《半部论语做良师》和史蒂芬.柯维著的《高效能人士的七个习惯》。
《半部论语做良师》这本书是我从学校发放的图书中特别选的。为什么选它呢？因为之前早就听过北宋赵普《半部论语治天下》的故事，所以就像看看这半部论语又是如何教我们做良师的。读完之后，感觉确实是一本指导教师成长的好书，在暑假我写的几篇博客皆是出于此书。其实这本书与假期教体局让抄读的《论语》正好互补。大家都知道《论语》读起来枯燥，虽有释文，但过于简单、直白，《半部论语做良师》这本书正好补充了这一点，它里面对论语的理解深刻，并且结合当前教育的显示做了丰富的延伸，读后让我对论语的教育教学观点有了新的深刻的认识。
《高效能人士的七个习惯》这本书是校长推荐的数目之一，假期我到书店选购的。其实在买的时候，我翻看了几页，说实话当时没看进去。但我相信权威，还是买了。封皮上有一句话，我读了大家就知道该书有多牛了——“在美国，这本书的影响力仅次于《圣经》”。就是这样的一本牛书买回去我又搁了几天，有一天正好没事，我就静下心打开看，这一看，我就不知不觉看了三个小时。（以前我从没有如此认真地看过此类书籍，当然历史书、故事书就除外了）
书中通过一些细致生动的故事来渐进入自己的观点，它涵盖的不仅仅是一些大的道理和人生方面的东西，更可贵的是他还探讨了一些具体到家庭、教育与人相处等方面的事物。这七个习惯是一个整体：“积极主动”的态度，“以终为始”的愿景，“要事第一”的把握，“双赢思维”的互赖，“知彼解已”的沟通，“综合综效”的合作，“不断更新”的创造，它们相辅相成，不管是领导还是职工养成良好的习惯是非常重要的，它甚至能决定一个人的成败得失。
读书使人进步，这两本书让我学到很多东西。仅有事业成功只能算成功了一半，唯有兼顾事业、家庭、人际关系、个人成长等人生其它层面的和谐发展才是真正的成功。在以后的工作中，我们一定要有一个积极主动的工作态度，做任何事情之前，做好充分的准备，把要事时刻作为第一位，避免被偏见、情绪所左右。另外要有双赢的思想，做到诚信，成熟和自信。在工作中要注意与人的交流合作，如遇到两人意见不同时，要多与人沟通，在分歧中寻求收获。相信只要坚持学习，坚持实践，不断提升和不断完善自我，最终一定能达到书中所说由内而外全面造就自己的目的。
我对于书中内容的理解还比较浅薄，有不当之处还望老师们不吝赐教。最后我想用史蒂芬.柯维的一句话作为今天的总结。“对自己要有耐心，因为自我成长是神圣的，同时也是脆弱的，是人生中最大规模的投资。”我的演讲结束，谢谢大家！
